Imprint Medical is a Lyon-based company with recognized expertise in the research and development of surgical implants and instruments. While retaining its independence, Imprint Medical will now be able to draw on the production and prototyping capabilities of the Oury Medical group to better serve its customers.

The aim of this strategic step is to strengthen the Group's research and development (R&D) capabilities in order to establish a strong collaborative position across the entire value-creation chain. Oury Medical's ambition is to support its orthopedic customers from the design stage right through to mass production, with customized, innovative solutions.

Living Heritage Company ("EPV") specialized in the production of high-end glass for the restoration of historical and listed monuments. Located in Normandy, the company combines technical skills related to glass production with artisanal expertise dedicated to preserving French heritage.

For over 40 years, MGC has supported its customers in its core expertise of precision sheet metal work. Starting in 2018, the company is developing a tool and an industrial organization focused on the development of containers for the medical segment.

The acquisition of MGC is a crucial step in Oury Medical's journey, adding containers to its product range and enabling the Oury Medical group to position itself as a unique partner for surgical instrumentation.

This strategic acquisition solidifies OG Medical's position in the surgical instrumentation industry and positions them as a leading partner both domestically and internationally.

With SMAO's 20-year history of unique expertise in cutting instrument manufacturing and OURY-GUYE's resources, the newly formed group can now improve services and expand their offerings to include a wider range of instrumentation.

Oury Guye is a century-old company in medical devices, a player in the French Fab and labeled Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant Français (E.P.V.). Founded in 1909 in Nogent in HauteMarne, Oury-Guyé has established its position in the development and manufacture of orthopedic and ancillary instrumentation. Oury Guye counts among its customers the largest orthopedic groups in France and abroad.

Established in 1984, Peter Jackson & Sons is a manufacturer of bespoke heavyweight pile fabrics based in the village of Barkisland, West Yorkshire. The company is well known for its Veterinary Bedding range, and also manufacture products for the bedding, medical, apparel, equestrian, automotive and aerospace markets.
