Tioopo Capital, the pan-European private Investment firm, has appointed Philippe Thomas to its Advisory Board with effect from 1st June 2022.

Philippe Thomas is Dean of the Advanced Master in Finance and Professor in Corporate Finance at ESCP Europe, one of Europe's leading business schools. He is also the former head of the M&A division of Reuters.

His combination of academic excellence and deep practical experience in M&A makes him a uniquely valuable voice on Tioopo's Advisory Board, contributing strategic perspective on deal structuring, valuation, and the broader evolution of corporate finance in France and Europe.
