Tioopo Capital has appointed Philippe Duval to its Advisory Board with effect from 1st May 2024.
Philippe brings decades of experience in M&A advisory and corporate finance, having served as President of Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance and as Head of Strategy at Implid. He currently serves as a board member of Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies.
His deep expertise in advising founders through complex transitions, combined with an extensive network across French and European mid-market businesses, makes him a natural fit for Tioopo's mission of partnering with entrepreneurial leaders.
