In a strategic move to reinforce its status as a global supplier of surgical instruments, Oury Medical is delighted to announce the acquisition of Metal Global Concept (MGC) And Imprint Medical. These acquisitions are part of the expansion strategy that Oury Medical has been pursuing since the acquisition of SMAO in December 2022. This approach is in line with Oury Medical's vision of positioning itself as a global partner in surgical instrumentation.
The acquisition of MGC is a crucial step in Oury Medical's journey, adding containers to its product range. The acquisition of Imprint Medical is intended to strengthen the Group's research and development (R&D) capabilities, and to offer our customers opportunities for collaboration and co-development from the very first sketches of a new design.
